Now Hiring - SDR - B2B Tech Sales Opportunity in Draper, UT

Wanna get into tech sales? Are you as organized and dynamic as Pepper Potts of the Marvel Cinematic Universe? If so, we need your SDR (Sales Development Representative) experience to help schedule demos for our account executive team. We offer further on-the-job training to ambitious candidates who love to develop sales opportunities and attract new technology prospects. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying ICP, qualifying prospects, discovering a need for custom software services, and serving up demos to our AEs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage cold and warm leads provided by Zibtek
• Proactively and aggressively prospect for new business
• Responsible for selling company solutions to qualified C-level prospects
• Prospecting and generating opportunities through cold-calling efforts
• Achieve monthly revenue targets
• Maintain the integrity of our proprietary CRM system
• Develop and maintain an individual sales pipeline to exceed quota performance
• Collaborate with an extended team to provide a coordinated, integrated experience for customers and prospects

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated with the discipline to work autonomously - No Wimps or whiners :)
• Eager to get into software sales
• Internet Savvy
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Experience with cold outreach, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary + commission: $50K - $85K per year

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
